So I spent my afternoon on an art project. I have been wanting to do some pieces involving circles and color and finally got a compass set that let's me make perfect circles. I bought a pad of canvas (yes just like a sketch pad) and made and painted a whole bunch of circles and then cut them out. I used the paint and paint pens I got for Christmas!
I used a frame I picked up from my parents' garage sale and painted it and used the matting that came with it.
I think it came out really well and can't wait to try out more projects on the same theme!

All of the photos got uploaded sideways. I guess that is what I get for doing mobile uploads.
I like this a lot! Don't you love doing artsy things? I had to organize my fabric today and think about my next day off so I can get busy creating. Love that Droid but some things are easier on a laptop for sure.
