Dust storm came rolling in this evening and blanketed Phoenix and Casa Grande. I have added a picture from outside my house now (although it is nighttime), it feels like we are in an ash cloud.

News says it was 50 miles wide. It is so eerie how it enveloped everything into darkness. Some of the pics make it look like a wild fire in downown!
We watched one of the newscasts. This was some storm. I gather there were no bad auto pileups or deaths. Amazing
I know, there weren't any deaths or pile ups! It didn't actually stop people driving on the freeways either. They could see maybe 50 feet in front of them. We can't drive in rain but dust is nothing
