architecture you can't appreciate


ok, I am posting these pictures of the Natural History Museum even though they don't begin to show the grand size of the building. it is HUGE!


all along the edge of the building are sculptures of various animals.


This is the entrance...to a museum! I am pretty sure the building has always been a museum too. I dont know how well the colors come out but this building is striped with tan and blue stone.



This is the Victoria and Albert Museum, it basically houses English stuff, and a lot of English "acquisitions"

and this is the inner courtyard and the other side of the building. lots of hidden gardens and things in London
